Rapid Prototyping
Rapid prototyping is an essential part of the product development process where design concepts are developed and tested with fast iteration. This allows for discovery and resolution of issues early in the development process when it is easy to pivot before launching the product. For example, when developing wearable technologies and handheld devices, 3D printing can help to quickly test ergonomics while the hardware is still being designed.

- 3D Printing
- Whether your design begins in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or another CAD platform, we rapidly produce Form, Fit, and Function prototypes you can see, touch, and test often within hours.
- Low-Mid Fidelity Mockups
- Created using a blend of metalworking, woodworking, foam fabrication, and custom finishing. These mockups accurately represent the size, volume, form, and user-interaction surfaces of a product.
- Electronics Prototyping
- We develop and test early-stage electronic systems using rapid-build platforms such as Raspberry Pi, Arduino, and modular sensor packages. This enables fast iteration of logic, inputs, outputs, displays, and embedded behaviors before committing to full PCB design.
