Talissa Davis
Sr. HCI/UX Design Strategist
Talissa Davis joined the Sophic team as a Senior HCI/UX Design Strategist in June 2026. She brings more than 20 years of experience in Human Factors, HCI, and UX. She is passionate about solving complex problems by understanding user needs and behaviors and collaborating with teams to create intuitive solutions that make people's lives easier while delivering meaningful business outcomes.
Throughout her career, she has led human factors, UX research, and design initiatives for complex enterprise and healthcare platforms across the defense, financial services, healthcare, data management, and employee experience sectors, including work on the Future Combat Systems (FCS) program.
Talissa earned a B.A. in Psychology with an emphasis in Cognitive Psychology and Human Factors from Wichita State University and an M.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Human Factors from Clemson University. She also served with AmeriCorps NCCC and City Year, experiences that strengthened her commitment to understanding people, solving meaningful problems, and creating positive impact through her work.
