Ronnica Matousek joined the Sophic Team as our Executive Assistant in March 2025.
She is a dynamic and accomplished Executive Assistant with over 20 years of experience in ensuring seamless operations and supporting high-level executives. Her adaptability and meticulous attention to detail have made her a crucial contributor to organizations from tech to aerospace; having worked previously at Microsoft and Axiom Space.
Ronnica is a cum laude graduate of the University of Houston Victoria, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Marketing. She is an avid pickleball player, licensed travel advisor, and a passionate melophile who delights in live music. When she's not exploring her culinary creativity or diving into books, she is planning travel adventures or cheering at music events.
