Bill Lindsey
Sr. Financial Analyst
Bill joined our team in 2025 as our Sr. Financial Analysist. He has over 35 years of experience in finance and information systems. His roles included performing detailed financial analysis, internal audits, budgeting, compliance management, and strategic project execution. He is skilled in conducting project costing, variance analysis and identifying operating efficiencies. He has managed, planned, scheduled and evaluated many projects of various complexities.
He holds a B.B.A. and M.B.A. Lamar University, and a Ph.D. from Nova Southeastern University, in Information Systems – Human Factors. His interests are in Usability and User-Centered Design, particularly in software development. He has championed user-centered design assessments, user testing and usability evaluations.
He previously spent 10 years with United Space Alliance at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston, working with operations of the Space Shuttle Program. He also has experience in a variety of industries that include Aerospace, Oil & Gas, and various Government Agencies.
